We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Developer to join our team and help us create exceptional, user-friendly, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about the latest front-end technologies and user experience.

2. Responsibilities
This section details the day-to-day tasks and duties.
Developing new user-facing features using modern frameworks and technologies.
Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborating with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to translate wireframes into actual code.
Conducting code reviews and maintaining high code quality standards.
Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving cross-browser compatibility issues and display problems.

3. Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills (Must-Haves)
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Extensive experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass or Less).
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Preferred/Bonus Skills
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress).
Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex).
Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Parcel.
Experience with server-side rendering (SSR).
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

4. Education and Experience

The minimum academic and professional background required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
A strong portfolio or links to shipped products/contributions.
