Join our dynamic team in Manama, Bahrain!
We are hiring a Quality Engineer to support our fiberglass composites manufacturing operations, ensuring excellence in quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement QA plans, inspection procedures, and FAI documentation

Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, PDCA)

Manage NCRs, audits, and customer complaints

Drive continuous improvement and promote a right-first-time culture

Conduct internal audits and support external audit readiness

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering

3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing (fiberglass preferred)

Knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools (SPC, Fishbone, 8D)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage
