Looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of the Bahrain fit-out market.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare fit-out estimates, BOQs and quotations.
Arrange materials, suppliers, subcontractors and labour.
Obtain competitive prices and negotiate rates.
Coordinate manpower, procurement and site requirements.
Manage cost estimation for interior fit-out and renovation projects.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in Bahrain’s fit-out market is essential.
Good knowledge of local suppliers, material prices and labour rates.
Ability to independently handle estimation, procurement and coordination.
