Job Objective:
The Storekeeper is responsible for managing inventory and materials within the store or warehouse, ensuring products are organized and easily accessible, and maintaining accuracy in receiving, storing, and distributing items.

Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate product availability.
Conduct regular stock counts and verify the accuracy of records.
Receiving Shipments:

Receive incoming shipments and inspect them for compliance with orders.
Record shipment details in the inventory management system.
Storing Products:

Organize products in the warehouse for easy access.
Ensure that stored materials are protected from damage and deterioration.
Distributing Materials:

Prepare internal and external orders and deliver them on time.
Coordinate with various teams to meet their inventory needs.
Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on inventory and sales.
Accurately document all inventory-related processes.
Collaboration with Other Teams:

Work closely with purchasing and sales teams to ensure operational needs are met.
Communicate with suppliers as needed.
Process Improvement:

Suggest improvements to storage and management processes for efficiency.
Adhere to safety and quality standards in all operations.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to use inventory management systems.
