We are a leading manpower supplier providing professional delivery drivers and operational teams to major delivery and logistics companies across Bahrain. We manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.

🔹 Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead and oversee our operations across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire team — including drivers, supervisors, and project coordinators — and ensuring smooth daily operations, performance tracking, and client satisfaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across all active delivery projects.
• Supervise and support operations and admin teams.
• Manage and motivate a large team of drivers and coordinators.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure service quality.
• Handle scheduling, performance tracking, and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and replacement of staff.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and operational KPIs.
• Provide regular performance reports to company management.

🔹 Requirements:
• Proven experience in operations or project management (preferably in logistics, delivery, or manpower supply).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence (preferred).
