We are a well-established potato chips manufacturing company looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support sales representatives to achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper product display, coverage, and visibility in all assigned areas.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or food distribution (chips/snacks preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid Bahrain driving license.
