About Us:
We are a leading Interior Decoration & Fitout Design company in Bahrain. We are expanding our business and looking for a skilled Project Manager who can bring projects, manage execution, and lead teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new fitout & interior decoration projects in Bahrain.

Manage end-to-end project execution (design, procurement, labor hiring, installation, finishing).

Hire and supervise temporary workers (carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.) as needed.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Handle negotiations, contracts, and approvals with stakeholders.

Requirements:
Proven experience in interior fitout, decoration, or construction project management.

Strong network in Bahrain/GCC to bring new projects.

Ability to recruit and manage temporary workers.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Knowledge of materials, suppliers, and industry best practices.
