WE ARE HIRING
MEP Supervisor
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Designing and implementing work schedules for the MEP staff.
• Resolving issues and ensuring that work is completed according to specifications.
• Balance project management and engineering tasks ranging from designing MEP plans to monitoring onsite personnel who are related to MEP works onsite.
• Ensure that plans and work are completed according to local codes and national MEP codes.
• Conduct testing and maintenance on MEP systems, including final inspections prior to job completion.
• Design MEP systems for commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects.
• Directly oversee and manage teams of MEP technicians and subcontractors.
• Resolve issues related to MEP systems or devices that arise during the course of construction.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
• Manage construction schedules related to MEP elements of job sites.
• Consulting with builders, architects, and other workers on-site.
Requirements:
• 5 + years of experience in the relevant field.
• Diploma in MEP or equivalent required.
• Proven work experience as an MEP supervisor.
• Experience in the Construction Field and Gulf Experience is Mandatory.
• Good communication skill.
