Description

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations in our hotel and ensure high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
- Effectively allocate staff duties and monitor task completion.
- Ensure guest rooms and assigned areas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with hotel housekeeping standards, procedures, and quality requirements.
- Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns.
- Support staff training, discipline, attendance, and performance follow-up.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure appropriate operational coverage, particularly during busy periods.
- Conduct regular inspections and follow up on identified issues to maintain consistent service standards.
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in achieving departmental objectives and maintaining overall operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a hotel housekeeping supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a housekeeping team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
