MEP Coordinator

Qualifications:
- BE or B. Tech (Construction Management or Engineering)
- With minimum 7 years' experience in MEP Coordination

Skills Required:
* Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and of related building codes
* Familiarity with MEP schedules and sequences of work in line with civil works
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and good computer skills
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee performance and quality control of all MEP trades and subcontractors, from contract award to project completion
- Lead MEP coordination to resolve clashes and disputes before installation
- Review shop drawings, IFC drawings and submittals for compliance and completeness
- Advise the project team on MEP schedules, material procurement and site activities
- Resolve field installation issues
- Attend weekly meetings with subcontractors, architects and owners, and chair additional MEP meetings as needed

Salary: negotiable (depends on experience)
