📝 Job Summary:
The MEP Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works at the project site, ensuring that all activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. The role requires close coordination with other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Supervise on-site MEP installations including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.

Coordinate with civil, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid design and execution conflicts.

Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Prepare material take-offs and support procurement with technical requirements.

Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per the schedule.

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.

Participate in inspections, testing & commissioning, and handover processes.

Resolve site issues and provide technical support to construction teams.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to the management.


📚 Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP construction works.

Must hold a valid Professional Engineering License from the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP) in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Solid knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, IPC, etc.).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Project or similar project management tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
