Description

To lead and supervise tailors in abaya manufacturing, ensure quality production, and support management with production planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and guide tailors in stitching, finishing, and garment production.
2. Allocate daily tasks and ensure production targets are met on time.
3. Monitor quality of stitching and finishing according to factory standards.
4. Assist in cutting, tailoring, and troubleshooting technical issues.
5. Maintain production records and reports using MS Excel.
6.Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and efficiency on the workshop floor.
7. Coordinate with the storekeeper and supervisor for fabric and material needs.
8. Train new tailors and support skill improvement of the team.

Requirements:
Must be currently in Bahrain.

Age: Below 35 years.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in tailoring/abaya manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of stitching, cutting, and finishing.

Basic computer skills – especially MS Excel.

Communication skills in Arabic or English (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Day Off: Friday
Salary: Based on experience (negotiable)
