We are looking for a Supervisor for a property maintenance company in Bahrain

Must be :
Indian national
Male candidate
Age 30 to 45
Locally available for transfer or based in India who is ready to join immediately

Duties :
1. Excellent knowledge in AC, plumbing,carpentaey and Manson work.
2. ⁠He must work with the team and guide the team to work in a cost effective way.
3. ⁠His duty is to keep a records of all assets of the company such as machineries that comes under his scope.
4. ⁠Report the daily job to the office .
5. ⁠Coordinate with team and report if anything to the office .
6. ⁠Maintain the attendance and overtime sheet for the team members.
7. ⁠Must have knowledge of MS office
8. ⁠Must know to communicate in Hindi , English and Arabic will add an advantage
9. ⁠Similar experience is preferred for minimum of 3 years
10. ⁠Honest and punctual person who is willing to contribute towards the prosperity of company.
11. ⁠Must have Bahrain or GCC driving license.
12.Flexible candidate who must be available to attend the call if any breakdown.

Benefits :
-Salary 300 to 350 Bahraini Dinars based on experience and qualification.
