MAINTENANCE IN-CHARGE

We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Maintenance In-Charge** to handle and coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations.

Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on maintenance and repair works.
- Inspect maintenance issues and coordinate the required action.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors and suppliers.
- Communicate with tenants/customers and follow up on complaints.
- Obtain quotations and arrange required materials and services.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure all maintenance issues are properly completed and closed.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Good knowledge of general building maintenance.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
- Valid Bahrain driving license.
- Organized, responsible and able to work independently.
