Reviewing MEP Drawings and Specifications: Analyzing drawings for HVAC, firefighting, drainage, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ): Creating detailed lists of materials and resources needed for the MEP systems.
Quantity Take-offs: Calculating the quantities of materials required for the project.
Cost Analysis: Analyzing material, labor, and equipment costs to determine the overall project expense.
Evaluating Quotes: Assessing supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
Ensuring Compliance: Verifying that the MEP systems comply with relevant codes and standards.
Building Cost Scenarios: Developing different cost scenarios to help with budgeting and decision-making.
Maintaining Price Databases: Keeping up-to-date records of material and system costs.
Coordinating with Teams: Working with planning, legal, and proposal teams on submissions and contracts.
Risk Assessment: Providing input on potential risks and feasibility of the project based on cost analysis.
Preparing Pricing Proposals: Developing detailed cost proposals for clients.
Job Type: Full-time

Minimum 10 years of Experience.
have a CRPEP License.

Pay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
