🚨 We are hiring for Diesel Generator Engineer
📍 Location: Bahrain

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Generator Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing generator installation projects, commissioning activities, and technical coordination while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor generator projects from initiation to final handover.
Coordinate installation, alignment, fuel systems, exhaust systems, mechanical, electrical, and control integration works.
Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and vendors on-site.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Prepare and submit method statements, inspection requests, progress reports, and as-built documentation.
Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Support commissioning, load testing, and performance verification activities.
Maintain project records, daily site reports, and project documentation.
Assist with invoicing, variation orders, and project completion documentation.
Provide technical support to sales and service teams when required.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline. Proven experience in generator installation, commissioning, and project execution.
Strong understanding of generator systems, ATS panels, synchronizing panels, and power distribution systems.
Ability to review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments. Familiarity with HSE requirements, risk assessments, lifting plans, and permit-to-work systems.
Strong site management, project coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project planning software.
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
