???? Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and daily tasks

Perform hands-on work including plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general facility upkeep

Schedule and prioritize work orders and preventative maintenance

Ensure all safety procedures and building codes are followed

Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance logs

Communicate with property management or tenants as needed

Train and support junior technicians
