🔹 Job Vacancy: HSE Officer (Health, Safety & Environment Officer)
📍 Location: Kingdom of Bahrain
🏗 Company: Santy Excavation and Construction Company W.L.L.
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time



Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and report findings with corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture among workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment at all times.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international safety standards.
• Certified in NEBOSH / IOSH (preferred).
• Excellent observation and reporting skills.
• Must currently reside in Bahrain and be available to transfer sponsorship.
