Description

We are looking to hire a skilled and reliable Maintenance & Fit-Out Representative to join our team and support our restaurant branches and properties across Bahrain.

Requirements:
• Currently residing in Bahrain
• Valid Bahrain driving license
• Proven experience in general maintenance, particularly in the restaurant and food service industry
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with chillers, freezers, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to inspect, diagnose, and service buildings and equipment

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment
• Handle breakdowns of chillers and freezers
• Support renovation and fit-out works
• Coordinate with external contractors as needed
• Keep maintenance records and logs updated
• Respond to urgent service calls quickly
• Monitor and manage spare parts and tools
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Assist with setup of new outlets
