Maintenance Supervisor Required – Bakery Industry

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of bakery production equipments

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair bakery machinery, including:
Packing Machines
Bakery Ovens
Dough Mixers
Conveyors and production equipment
Identify faults, diagnose errors, and implement effective solutions.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Supervise maintenance activities and ensure minimal production downtime.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial or bakery equipment maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to identify machine faults and troubleshoot efficiently.
Experience with bakery production equipment is preferred.
Leadership and team supervision skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
