Welcome and assist customers professionally

Receive and record laundry orders accurately

Handle cash and payments

Coordinate with the laundry team regarding customer orders

Maintain a clean and organized counter

Provide excellent customer service

🔹 We’re Looking For:

Good communication and customer service skills

Basic computer knowledge

Previous laundry/customer service experience is an advantage

Honest, punctual, and well-presented

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
