📢 Job Vacancy: Coffee Shop Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our coffee shop operations and drive excellence in customer service, team performance, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full supervision of staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and team leadership.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained (store & staff).
• Monitor and maintain the quality of coffee and products served to customers.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including cash handling and expense tracking.
• Track employee attendance, discipline, and overall professionalism.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and boost performance.
• Manage and order inventory and supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a smooth and friendly customer experience.
• Train new staff and ensure continuous development of the team.
• Collaborate with upper management and prepare performance reports.
• Contribute to menu improvements and customer satisfaction strategies.
• Identify and solve operational issues to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and government regulations.

Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in managing a coffee shop is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Customer-focused mindset and high attention to detail.
