**Continental Chef**

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes (Italian, French, Spanish, etc.)
* Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
* Manage kitchen operations and maintain hygiene standards
* Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role
* Strong knowledge of European cuisine and cooking techniques
* Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell catering services for weddings, corporate events, parties, and special occasions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and event planners

* Respond to inquiries, prepare customized quotes, and follow up on leads
* Attend networking events, food tastings, and industry exhibitions
* Collaborate with chefs and operations to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

* Experience in catering, hospitality, or event sales preferred
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (social media, email campaigns, etc.)
* Goal-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
* Ability to work evenings or weekends when required for events
