Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our furniture manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage production , ensure quality standards, maintain safety protocols, and meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers..
• Plan daily production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Monitor quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of woodworking and assembly machinery.
•Train, guide, and evaluate employees for performance and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of production, materials, and workforce schedules.
• Collaborate with the production manager and design team to optimize workflow.
• Enforce health and safety regulations in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Data Entry of Issue Material in ERP System


Qualifications:
• Diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or degree in manufacturing or industrial management is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, with at least 3 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking processes, materials, and machinery.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, production software, etc.).
