Key Responsibilities:
- Design and sell customized holiday packages (domestic & international)
- Advise clients on destinations, hotels, and activities
- Prepare detailed itineraries and quotations
- Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, tour operators, transport)
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during & after travel
- Meet sales targets and manage bookings efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience in holiday or tour package sales
- Knowledge of major travel destinations and tourism trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with booking tools and travel software
- Passion for travel and customer service
