We are looking for a Filipino Telephone Operator to join our Service Centre team.
Requirements:
• Filipino nationality (local candidates in Bahrain only)
• Previous experience in customer service or telephone operations preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented
Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Provide accurate information to customers
• Handle inquiries and direct calls to the concerned department
• Maintain professional communication at all times
