A reputable restaurant in Bahrain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our daily operations and help lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Oversee shifts to ensure smooth service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Help train, motivate, and manage restaurant staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of F&B operations, including service standards and hygiene.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
