A well reputed company in Bahrain looking for Facility Manager

MINIMUM 7-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Previous work experience as FM who handled hard and soft services and administration .
- Experience in high rise building maintenance
- Good Knowledge in MEP and Civil aspects
- Experience in handling soft services such as cleaning ,pestcrontrol, swimming pool , cradle , housekeeping etc .
- Good knowledge in map , elevators , fire alarm , fire fighting etc.
-Good knowledge in preparing AMC , PPM , Schedules .
- Good knowledge in reviewing contracts with third party vendors .
- Experience in handling a team of 50 or above in house employees.
-Strong personality who can take decision and can run the department single handedly.

Salary is 800 BHD
DUTY 11 HRS

-Candidate should be in Bahrain
