Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and maintain high service quality.
- Record daily sales, expenses, payroll, and prepare financial reports.
- Handle vendor relations, inventory tracking, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, tax, and labor regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations and/or accounting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and under pressure.
