As Assistant Manager – Hard Services, I have been accountable for:

Assisting in the overall supervision and coordination of all hard services functions across facilities.

Managing and monitoring maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems).

Ensuring timely execution of service calls, preventive maintenance schedules, and breakdown resolutions.

Leading, training, and supervising multi‑disciplinary technical teams and subcontractors.

Controlling service contracts, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring contract compliance.

Implementing HSE standards and conducting site inspections to maintain compliance.

Assisting with budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement for hard services supplies and equipment.

Preparing performance reports, service metrics, and recommending improvement initiatives.
