Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Oil & Gas

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare LPOs, POs, and quotations with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain strong communication with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth transactions.

Support the sales team in coordinating orders, deliveries, and client inquiries.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

Handle documentation and follow up on sales processes to ensure timely execution.


Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination role in the oil and gas industry.

Strong knowledge of LPOs, POs, and quotation preparation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
