About Us:
We are a vibrant, health-focused beverage concept seeking a dynamic Training Manager to elevate our team and customer experience.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for ensuring our staff delivers exceptional service and maintains our high standards. This includes comprehensive menu training, customer engagement strategies, and ongoing beverage market research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Become an expert on our menu (smoothies, fresh juices, coffee, acai) and suggest enhancements.
• Develop and deliver effective customer service and engagement training programs.
• Conduct ongoing market research on internal and external beverage trends.
• Recommend new seasonal menu items monthly.
• Maintain beverage and front-of-house standards, providing constructive feedback.
Required Experience:
• Proven experience in training and development within the beverage or hospitality industry.
• Strong background in working with smoothies, fresh juices, coffee, and acai.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance customer service standards.
• Experience with menu development and seasonal item recommendations.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
