Responsibilities:
•Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly reception.
•Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
•Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
•Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
•Manage telephone calls and email correspondence, providing accurate and timely information.
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
•Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times.
•Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
•Utilize the resort's property management system effectively.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in a guest service role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or resort.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
