A Bahraini Supermarket is seeking to hire a Purchasing Manager, specifically for Indian candidates.
Requirements for Purchasing Manager Position:
1. Education: diploma or bachelor in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years in purchasing or procurement, preferably in trading or retail.
3. Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
4. Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain management and purchasing processes; familiarity with market trends.
5. Personal Attributes: Leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and professional integrity.
6. Language: Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is advantageous.
