Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Drilling to lead and oversee drilling operations for our oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling activities while maintaining the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement drilling plans and strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
✅ Lead and supervise drilling teams, contractors, and service providers.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
✅ Monitor and evaluate drilling performance, identifying areas for improvement.
✅ Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation for drilling operations.
✅ Coordinate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless operations.
✅ Implement the latest drilling technologies and best practices.
✅ Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving during drilling operations.
✅ Ensure proper maintenance of drilling equipment and tools.
✅ Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related
field.
🔹 Minimum 10+ years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
🔹 Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, well control, and rig operations.
🔹 Familiarity with international oil and gas regulations and HSE guidelines.
🔹 Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
🔹 Ability to work in high-pressure environments and remote locations.
