Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior design and drafting.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D Max.

Strong knowledge of furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) selection.

Expertise in creating detailed working drawings and plans.

Ability to produce 3D models and renderings for client presentations.


Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and present design concepts to clients.

Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.

Coordinate with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Source and select materials, furnishings, and finishes.

Manage project timelines and budgets.
