We are hiring for the position of a Sports Bar Manager for our sports bar called Escape Lounge at Ramee Rose Hotel,Juffair,Bahrain

Ideally sports bar/club experience, managing social media & has good followers
Preferably Local Hire or middle east experience
 Promotion & increase sales
 Assist in Social medium promotion, training and supervising staff
 Agreeing and managing budgets
 Planning menus
 Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
 Promoting and marketing the business
 overseeing stock levels
 Ordering supplies
 Producing staff rota’s
 Handling customer enquiries and complaints
 Taking reservations
 Greeting and advising customers
 Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
 Keeping statistical and financial records
