Description

Main roles:

Customer Service: Greeting customers, providing information about products, and assisting with purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Sales and Transactions: Processing sales transactions, handling cash and card payments, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Product Knowledge: Being well-versed in the bakery's products, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods, to answer customer inquiries effectively.

Stock Management: Monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring that displays are attractive and well-maintained.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintaining cleanliness in the store, following health and safety guidelines, and ensuring that the bakery meets all regulatory standards.

Upselling: Recommending additional products or promotions to customers to maximize sales.


Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Word
Good communication skills
Flexible with working hours
Male minimum height - 5"6'
Female minimum height - 5"4'
