Description

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the accurate and safe dispensing of medications as per the Doctor’s/Dentist/Physician/ or other NHRA licensed medical practitioners prescriptions.
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff, assigning duties and providing training as needed.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock reordering, and handle returns of expired or damaged goods.
Ensure compliance with local pharmacy laws and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and data protection.
Provide medication counseling and health advice to patients.
Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals regarding prescriptions and patient care.
Oversee pharmacy operations to ensure timely service and high customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks for controlled and high-risk medications.
Ensure maintenance of cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage conditions in the pharmacy.
Inventory Management in Sehati portal on a daily basis.
Coordinating with NHRA audits/inspections and responsible to close the findings as per the stipulated timeline
Provide the list of short expiry medicines to the store for the management of inventory control.
Keep posting the unbilled medicinal products to the stores for updating batch numbers in the ERP software (this may be an interim process and may be discontinued as and when required).
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Masters’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
Valid NHRA pharmacist license in the applicable jurisdiction.
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy practice, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or large pharmacy role.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacy law, and inventory management systems.
