Description

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in:
Interior fit-out
Construction
Events & exhibitions
Furniture/interior solutions
Project-based sales
Strong knowledge of the Bahrain market is preferred.
Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition is an advantage.
Valid Bahrain Driving License is preferred.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business development and lead-generation abilities.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
Strong networking skills.

Language Requirements
English – Mandatory
Arabic – Preferred / Advantage
Additional languages will be an advantage.
