Description

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget for interior design projects.
Design Concept Development: Create design concepts, layouts, and mood boards that reflect the client's vision and needs.
Space Planning: Plan interior layouts considering the efficient use of space and functionality.
Material & Furniture Selection: Choose appropriate furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, colors, and other materials that align with the project’s aesthetic and functional goals.
3D Visualizations & Renderings: Use design software to produce detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D models to help clients visualize the final design.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure the timely procurement and installation of materials and furnishings.
Project Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Building Codes & Regulations: Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Sustainability: Implement sustainable design practices, such as selecting eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient fixtures.
Styling & Final Touches: Arrange furniture, artwork, lighting, and accessories to complete the design and create a cohesive look.


Key Skills and Qualifications:
degree in Interior Design or related field.
Proven experience as an interior designer or similar role.
Proficient in design software (3D MAX, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Knowledge of color theory, design principles, and material finishes.
Strong creative, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Certification or licensure in Interior Design (optional but preferred).
