JOB RESPONBILITITY :-

 Estimates and monitors the costs of construction
 Maintenance of building and infrastructure such as sports stadiums, universities, residential buildings hospitals and roads.
 Once project construction begins, Quantity Surveyors are regularly on site to monitor variations in construction and their impacts on costs.
 knowledge of Building and Construction Filed
 Calculate material needs
 Mapping out project timeliness
 Understand BOQ or RFQ
 Tender estimating as per requirement
 Co-coordinating with various clients and understanding their requirement
 Work as Team
 Etc
