Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including valet parking, car wash, and butler services.
Lead and manage a team of supervisors, attendants, and support staff.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and company policies.
Maintain strong relationships with clients such as hotels and malls, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Monitor budgets, optimize resources, and control costs.
Conduct regular staff training to uphold safety and service standards.
Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the service or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of Bahrain labor laws is a plus.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
