Responsibilities:

• Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, and shelf stockers.
• Managing finances and budget preparation.
• Recording expenditure, sales, and employee performance.
• Evaluating stock supply and availability.
• Implementing measures to prevent stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitoring shelve stocks, product displays, and store appearance.
• Investigating market trends and offering appealing products.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable retail store supervisor experience.
• Extensive experience with budget preparation and financial reports.
• Knowledge of product and consumer trends and marketing strategies.
• Excellent Arabic and English speaking skills.
• Competency in retail management software.
