REQUIRED - SALES & MARKETING MANAGER - 4 STAR HOTEL - JUFFAIR

Job Responsibilities:

*Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and meet established goals
*Monitor the progress of sales efforts and adjust strategies when necessary
*Monitor industry trends and changes and provide feedback to appropriate departments
*Maintain relationships with current and potential customers to help increase brand loyalty
*Develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and other advertising materials
*Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on time
*Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
*Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and in 4/5 star
hotels in the Kingdom of Bahrain
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant sales
technologies
