Overview

INOVA Hospitality Consultancy W.L.L, a company specializing in managing and renting apartments and condominiums across Bahrain, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor - Front Desk. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, fluency in English, and familiarity with computer systems. Prior experience with hospitality management software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate housekeeping services for all managed properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Handle front desk duties, including guest check-ins/outs, inquiries, and providing necessary information to guests.
• Manage and lead housekeeping staff, assigning tasks and conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure prompt response to guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping or front desk services.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and manage ordering, ensuring timely stock replenishment.
• Work closely with maintenance teams for any repairs or upkeep required in the apartments/condominiums.
• Prepare housekeeping schedules and maintain records of cleaning activities.
• Use computer systems for report generation, managing bookings, and coordinating tasks.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in basic computer operations (Word, Excel, Email).
• Familiarity with any hospitality management software is an added advantage.
• Ability to speak in Arabic is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in housekeeping and front desk roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
