📌 Site Supervisor Required

📍 North Sehla, Bahrain

Olive Green Contracting () is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 7–8 years of fit-out and contracting site experience with a reputable local company
•⁠ ⁠Strong ability to read, understand, and execute detailed AutoCAD/shop drawings
•⁠ ⁠Strong site management and daily site-control skills
•⁠ ⁠Ability to independently control manpower, workmanship, and quality
•⁠ ⁠Strong coordination skills between the project team, subcontractors, consultants, client, and landlord/mall management
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of QA/QC requirements, inspections, snagging, and finishing standards
•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of HSE requirements and site discipline
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and reporting skills
