FIELD SUPERVISOR – LANDSCAPING

At Nice Garden, we are looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to manage and supervise our landscaping and garden maintenance operations.

🔹 Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage workers on-site
* Ensure high-quality landscaping & maintenance work
* Organize daily tasks and team schedules
* Coordinate and communicate with clients when required
* Monitor work progress and submit daily reports
* Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly managed
* Handle and troubleshoot issues related to irrigation systems and water networks, and take immediate action to resolve problems on-site

🔹 Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping or garden maintenance
* Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, lawn care, pruning, and general maintenance
* Experience in irrigation network systems and ability to diagnose and fix irrigation problems
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage workers
* Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
* Basic English communication
* Valid driving license is an advantage
* Preferred nationalities: Indian, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan or Nepali
