Are you a skilled finance professional with a passion for strategy and growth? We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with Bahrain's regulatory requirements
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance
• Collaborate with other departments to improve cost efficiency and profitability
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company’s financial health
• Lead financial audits and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Develop financial models and provide insights for long-term business strategies
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications such as CPA/ACCA preferred)
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial role (minimum 5 years)
• Strong understanding of Bahrain's financial regulations and tax laws
• Expertise in financial reporting software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, ERP)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments
