Description

1: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for network issues related to connectivity, performance, and security (LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching, etc.).
2: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot networking devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
3: Perform network performance analysis and optimization to ensure efficiency and scalability.
4: Resolve complex network issues escalated from Level 1 support and ensure timely resolution.
5: Collaborate with the network architecture and engineering teams to implement network changes, upgrades, and improvements.
6: Support the design and deployment of network solutions, including hardware and software installation and configuration.
7: Monitor network infrastructure and utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify issues before they impact end users.
8: Perform network security assessments and recommend improvements to maintain the security and integrity of the network.
9: Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including configurations, diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
10: Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing wireless networks and remote access solutions.
11: In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.).

Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP
